PATINUNA 502

Patinuná 502 is a remarkable social program nestled in Tzununá, a vibrant Mayan community situated by the breathtaking Lake Atitlán. With a strong emphasis on experiential learning, this program aims to impart crucial life skills to the children. In a harmonious fusion of art and skateboarding, Patinuná 502 provides a unique platform for youngsters to express themselves freely and flourish in their roles as valuable community members. Through the transformative power of creative expression, these children are empowered to explore their identities, foster self-confidence, and develop a deep sense of belonging within their community. This exceptional program not only nurtures their artistic talents but also equips them with invaluable skills that will guide them toward a brighter and more purposeful future.

JOSE MORA

My name is Jose Mora, and at 26 years old, I am a proud Guatemalan hailing from the vibrant city of Guatemala City. However, my heart now finds its home in the stunning community of Tzununá. I firmly believe that children are the true pioneers of our future, deserving of boundless love and patience. In this belief, we strive to offer our guidance and support to enhance their quality of life, foster wise decision-making, and inspire them to dream big. Leading by example is crucial, and I aspire to be a beacon of light for these incredible children. My ultimate goal is to equip them with the necessary tools and opportunities that will broaden their perspectives about themselves, their community, our beloved country, and the wider world. Together, we can sow the seeds of change and create a better tomorrow for all.
